"Bear Bear" Schmidt
| Our Bear Bear had been at Greyhound Adoptions of Florida far too long. He was passed over by so many adopters because he had two strikes against him; he was 8 years old and black in color. Erin, our daughter, helped pick him out because he reminded her of her black greyhound Chip. Bear Bear became the second greyhound in our family. Those adopters who passed him by made a big mistake and their mistake became our joy. Bear Bear lived to be 14 years 3 months old and as I write this tears are falling. He was a special boy and I miss him so much |
